TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancelation
Cancelations within 30 days to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 15 days to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount to the Credit Card. Cancelations within 7 days to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount to the Credit Card.
Credit Card Information
Your credit card shall only be used to guarantee your reservation and in accordance with the clauses hereto.
Payment
Remaining amount, 70% of total cost must be paid in cash or credit card at check in time.
Arrival & exit hours
Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office located in Sicilia number 159, 6th floor 2nd door. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm.
If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.
APARTMENT RULES
It is important to keep in mind the following rules of conduct:
Noise
- It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 09:00 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted.
Security
- Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
- Do not open the door to commercial mail.
Trash
- Do not leave trash bags in the landings or in the entrance. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street in front of the entrance between the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 pm.
Smoke
- Smoke in the apartment is not allowed.
Lights and air conditioning
- Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment.
Behaviour
- The client if obliged to use the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
- Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to Easy Sleep Barcelona. the client shall pay such damage.
- The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, Easy Sleep Barcelona has the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment.
Maid Service
- The arrival day the apartment shall be cleaned with fresh towels and linen. The exit day the client shall leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
Guests Identity
- In the arrival day a registration (contract) form must be filled and signed including information related to the guests staying in the apartment.
Liabilities
- Easy Sleep Barcelona shall not be liable for any inconveniences which are our of its control. Easy Sleep Barcelona cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to personal goods or accidents resulting in injury.
